The USC Iovine and Young Academy is pleased to announce two new full-time faculty hires this fall. We are very excited to welcome Steve Barth as the Academy’s new Chair of Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the Academy, Steve was adjunct faculty in the USC Marshall School of Business and is an internationally recognized expert in leadership strategies and organizational structures. He has also worked globally as a business consultant and will have a lead role in creating and developing the Academy’s International Programs partnerships. Patrick Dent joins us as the Academy’s Chair of Technology and Engineering. Patrick was formerly a professor and associate director of Information Technology in the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He is an expert in web technologies and database development. Steve and Patrick join the Academy’s esteemed roster of faculty, including our colleagues in the USC Roski School of Art and Design, the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, USC Marshall School of Business, and the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.
