Commemorative items, such as custom stoles, class rings, yearbooks, etc. are available at the USC Bookstore. For more information please click here.

Official USC Regalia (Cap and Gown) MUST be worn at BOTH the USC and the USC Iovine and Young Academy Ceremonies. Any graduate not wearing appropriate regalia will not be permitted to participate.

Regalia is available at the University Bookstore. Rental of regalia is also available through the USC Bookstore. Please return your cap, gown, and hood after the ceremony at the drop-off area outside the Bookstore.

Custom sashes can be ordered through the Bookstore for an additional cost.  USC Iovine and Young Academy is one of the choices that can be added.

Note: Eligibility to wear honor cords is not an indication that academic honors (cum laude, etc.) will be designated on your diploma/academic record since these honors will be awarded after final grades are determined after commencement.

The Commencement Book lists every USC graduate's name who is eligible to graduate in Fall 2021, Spring 2022 or Summer 2022, provided they verified their information with Degree Progress or University Publications prior to printing.

The Commencement Book is the program for USC's Main Ceremony which begins at 8:30 a.m. on May 13, 2022. These books will only be available at the main ceremony (Alumni Park), and NOT at the USC Iovine and Young Academy Ceremony.

Grad Images will photograph all graduates at the USC Iovine and Young Academy Ceremony as each one crosses the stage.  Grad Images will email complimentary proofs to graduates within 24 hours after the ceremony provided they completed a Commencement Reader Card before the ceremony.  Everyone's photo will be taken.  No obligation to purchase.  Please visit www.gradimages.com for more information or to pre-register online.

Parking in any USC parking structure is free on Commencement Day. Parking is extremely limited on campus, and due to the large crowds, parking usually fills up by 7:00 a.m. Please arrive early to obtain parking. The closest structures in which to park near the Academy ceremony are the McCarthy Way and Downey Way Structures.

We recommend you take Metro (www.metro.net), if at all possible. It will be running on its usual schedule. Exit Expo Park/USC Station. For more information on USC parking and transportation, please click here.
