Iovine and Young Prize Winners lead ventures in VR, artist aid, and farmers' markets

As the world continues to change at an ever-quickening pace students at USC Iovine and Young Academy continue to develop, innovate, and design the future. From a VR medical tool to an artist empowering agency to an app that grants people easy access to local farmers' markets, the Academy’s latest assembly of winners are betting on the fact that you (and the rest of the world) need their product sooner rather than later.

Three prizes are handed out annually, and student proposals are judged on their demonstration of exceptional creativity and feasibility in the design of a breakthrough business, technology, product, service or system.

This year's winners are as follows:

Justin Gilanyi
Empowering artists by providing resources, grants, legal services, physical development space and more through a subscription-based donation model.

A digital platform for farmers' markets. Helps people find local events, preorder food, and engage with markets directly.
